Here’s a look back at what happened at Shalom Farms in July.

It was a terribly hot month without too many updates, so this one will be short!

On the Farm

We finally splurged on an official long horn cattle feeder from Klene Pipe Structures.

We wrote up a post about how we use our Bogg Bags for the farm.

Jeff used the skid steer to scoop out the cattle shelter and area so they had a clean, dry area for the July storms.

It got so hot and humid that in one week we lost 3 chickens 💔

The Animals

Jeff spent some time upcycling an old wooden pallet, adding some legs, and letting the dairy goats have a new toy. They loved it!
